What is your return policy for customized equipment?
Items that have been personalized, such as custom-printed jerseys or sticks modified to specific lengths, cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. Standard equipment can be returned within 30 days in its original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy goalie gear?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavy or oversized items like goalie leg pads and bags are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.
How long does standard delivery take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. We also offer an Express Shipping option for players who need their gear ready for an upcoming match or tournament.
Are your hockey sticks covered by a warranty?
Most composite hockey sticks come with a limited 30-day manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Please note that this does not cover normal wear and tear or breakage due to impact with other sticks or skates.
