Return Process

  Log in to your Hockey Direct account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your authorization form.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring sticks are padded and apparel is folded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
